Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, such as B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, or a degree in Horticulture from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years for General category candidates
- Age relaxation will be applicable according to Madhya Pradesh Government rules.
- Relaxation may apply to SC, ST and OBC candidates of Madhya Pradesh, women, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen and other eligible categories.
- The upper age limit may extend up to 45 years for several reserved or eligible categories, subject to the official rules.
- Madhya Pradesh domicile is required for claiming state reservation benefits.
- Final eligibility will be determined during document verification according to the official rulebook.
- Candidates must possess all required educational and category documents by the prescribed cut-off date.
Pay Scale and Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹25,300–₹80,500 under the applicable Level-6/7 pay structure of the Seventh Pay Commission.
Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹32,000–₹40,000 per month.
Eligible employees may also receive benefits such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance, medical benefits and other admissible government allowances.
